All prices shown on this page are VAT-inclusive. There are no further additions at checkout for standard deliveries within the published weight bands.

Cut-off time

Orders placed and paid before 2:30 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Weight cap

Standard delivery applies to parcels up to 29.9 kg. For consignments above this weight, please contact our sales team for a dedicated quote.

Tracking

All parcels are tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched, along with delivery updates from the carrier.

Missed deliveries

If no-one is available to accept delivery, the carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery the next working day. Nothing-to-collect fees may apply after multiple failed attempts.

Delivery times are estimates

Published delivery times are indicative only and subject to the carrier's service. We are not liable for consequential loss, lost sales or other indirect costs arising from late or delayed delivery. For time-critical orders, please contact sales to agree a dispatch plan.

Carrier service

We dispatch via the most economical carrier for your area. Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We have no direct control over transit times, delivery windows or carrier operations. For enquiries after dispatch, please contact the carrier using your tracking number.

When responsibility passes to you

For consumer orders, risk passes when you take physical possession of the goods, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For trade customers, risk passes on delivery to the stated address or to your nominated carrier. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and notify us of any damage within 3 days.
