P1 Series Pumps are a new generation of high efficiency permanent magnet and compact rotor technology circulation pumps that meet the most strict ErP regulations and have ≤ 0.16~0.23. A key feature is the intelligent AUTO mode, which automatically adjusts to the specifications of any heating system to achieve optimal comfort and minimum energy consumption, i.e. the best effect for any closed heating system. P1 Series Pumps have 4 operation modes and can be used in any heating system, including underfloor heating systems, cooling and air conditioning systems, solar and geothermal energy systems, for clean water recycling and pumping, if its specifications meet the specified parameters of such systems. P1 Series Pumps do not require maintenance during the entire service life, that confirms their high reliability, which is why we successfully offer our customers a 6-year warranty for these pumps.
FEATURES
- AUTO MODE, activated by pressing one button, when the automation determines the optimal operating range of the pump corresponding to the current heating system and minimizes energy consumption with no loss in quality of the obtained result. This intelligent operating mode is suitable for 80% of existing heating systems and complies with new environmental regulations introduced in 2015.
- THREE FIXED pump speeds can be selected by the touch of a single button, allowing to use the entire range of pump power, from minimum to maximum, if the situation demands it.
- The pump has a built-in AUTOMATIC NIGHT POWER REDUCTION FUNCTION - this reduces the energy consumption of the pump to 5 Watt of power consumption, with no loss in quality of the heating system itself, which significantly affects the savings in energy consumption.
- The pump automation has built-in safety systems - ELECTRICAL AND THERMAL PROTECTION, which prevent pump breakdown due to external reasons not related to the operation of pump systems. These systems protect the pump from damage due to malfunctions in the electrical wiring of the building, jamming of the pump rotor rotation due to external objects, short circuit or supply of extremely high voltage to electrical contacts of the pump, pump dewatering, pump overheating. Light indicators on the pump control panel reflect such anomalies in pump operation, and an engineer can easily identify the failure cause and quickly eliminate it.
- The pump casing is designed to prevent air from entering it - SELF-VENTILATED DESIGN.
- The RELEASE SCREW of the pump rotor will allow to easily restore the pump operation after many months of inactivity.
- Very LOW NOISE LEVEL during pump operation.
- It is very EASY to INSTALL the pump or dismantle it, due to coupling nuts on pipes that are supplied complete with the pump.
- A very SIMPLE CONNECTION TO THE ELECTRICAL NETWORK on site, using electrical clips in the connector, to the contact box of the pump, as well as using a 2-meter electrical cable with plug, that are supplied complete with the pump.
- Ready for Conversion according to Ecodesign Requirements for 2015 (ErP). The minimum rating of P1 Series pumps is EEI ≤ 0.16, and the maximum EEI ≤ 0.23 - these are some of the best results on the European manufacturer market.

MATERIALS
- The cast iron volute pump casing (pump volute) has a cataphoretic coating that acts as a protective layer providing ten times greater corrosion resistance than untreated cast iron.
- The pump casing, in which all its electrical parts are hidden, is aluminium and ventilated, that eliminates internal condensation and corrosion.
- The plastic box with electrical contacts and control board is sealed according to industry standard IP44.
- The pump rotor is located directly in the pumped fluid, which ensures its cooling and lubrication, and this is one of the factors of high reliability and extended life cycle of our pumps.
- The impeller is made of PES Series composite material, capable of withstanding high temperature and mechanical overloads, which guarantees a long service life, without replacement throughout the entire life cycle of the pump.
- Each pump is tested in production at a pressure of 10 bar and this is a guarantee of perfect tightness and safe operation in closed heating systems, thanks to the special casing shape, the highest fit quality of all internal and external elements of the pump, as well as reliable rubber rings.
- All our pumps have Class F Insulation because we use the highest quality materials, capable of operating at ambient temperatures up to +40°C and the pump casing temperature limit up to +155°C.
- Pumps are supplied in a reliable cardboard box with a set of threaded connections designed for fastening to pipes, high-temperature rubber gaskets, electrical cable 2 m long, data sheet and warranty instructions.
