The R1 Series Pump is a unique fully automatic pump used in hot and cold drinking water recirculation systems in single or double family homes. The pump casing is stainless steel. The impeller is made of ferrite magnet and the pump has magnetic levitation technology to operate the impeller, which reduces any friction of parts inside the pump to zero. The pump control board contains three main modes of its possible operation - manual start / stop, timer and water temperature modes. The maximum pump power is only 9 Watt, and the minimum is 3 Watt. The pump has very small dimensions, it is silent, the control is clear and intuitive.
FEATURES
- Manual operating mode controlled by a button on the pump panel. With it you can turn the pump on or off. If the pump is turned on, it will operate until you turn it off. Such operating modes are used in facilities, such as 24-hour restaurants, where there are high requirements for water temperature, that is, the temperature of water in the boiler and in the consumer’s tap should be the same, so the pump is turned on once and it works for its entire service life.
- Clock mode is the most popular operating mode for recirculation pumps in the UK. You define the pump the time it should run and the time it should be off. This mode of pump operation is very convenient for households in which there is usually no nightly consumption of hot water, and there is no need for the pump to operate at this time.
- Automatic pump operation mode that responds to the temperature of the pumped water. This is an intelligent mode that can function due to a thermal sensor built into the pump casing. The sensor identifies the optimal-maximum temperature of the coolant in the recirculation system and, by decreasing or accelerating speed of the pump impeller, the optimal temperature in the recirculation system is maintained.
- The pump casing is self-ventilated and does not allow air, if it entered the recirculation system, to remain in the pump casing.
- Built-in ERROR CODE DISPLAY SYSTEM of the pump with visualization on the control panel and determining the types of malfunctions in the pump operation.
- The ability to see power consumption indicators in Watt on the pump display panel in real time.
- Very LOW NOISE LEVEL during pump operation allows it to be used in any room.
- It is very EASY to INSTALL the pump or dismantle it, due to coupling nuts on pipes that are supplied complete with the pump.
- A very SIMPLE CONNECTION TO THE ELECTRICAL NETWORK on site, using electrical clips in the connector, to the contact box of the pump, as well as using a 2-meter electrical cable with plug, that are supplied complete with the pump.
- Ready for Conversion according to Ecodesign Requirements for 2015 (ErP) with EEI ≤ ~0.23.
