About the Role
BritTherm Limited is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to grow and manage our customer base across the North of England and the North Midlands.
This is a field-based role involving frequent travel, regular Breakfast Mornings and Trade Days, and the ability to independently organise your schedule. Candidates must have their own vehicle suitable for business use.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.
Visit merchants and trade counters regularly to promote BritTherm pumps and provide product support.
Organise and run Breakfast Mornings and Trade Days at customer locations.
Present products with clarity and technical knowledge.
Negotiate and close sales, ensuring smooth post-sale communications.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.
Provide structured feedback on customer needs and commercial trends.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ B2B field sales experience (heating & plumbing industry or similar).
Proven track record in account management and business development.
Confident presenting at trade events and engaging face-to-face with engineers.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to plan and manage your own diary.
Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
Legal right to work in the UK.
