A household booster pump with a built-in check valve in the pump casing and automatic program that allows the pump to operate in start/stop mode, increasing the water pressure to the required level in the shower, faucet and other plumbing points of your home.

W1 Series pumps are a cast iron, epoxy-coated, dual-mode automatic booster for home plumbing with a standard ¾" threaded connection. The port spacing is 160/162/200 mm and the maximum head is 9/10/12 m, making it ideal for increasing network pressure to an optimal level. Up to date it's the best home booster in the UK in terms of value for money and is exceptionally easy to use and install. In order to achieve an affordable cost, in this type of pump we use a cast iron volute with epoxy resin pores, capable of pumping portable water and this type of coating makes the pump price very competitive in the market, in comparison with pumps containing bronze or stainless materials. W1 series pumps have two programs. The first Manual program with a constant shaft rotation speed is when the pump turns on and will work until you turn it off. The second AUTO program is automatic, which will respond to the opening of a tap in your apartment and immediately turn on the pump, and then it will turn it off as soon as the tap is closed and water consumption stops. The pump automation in this mode analyzes the flow rate and pressure drops and automatically turns on or off the pump depending on whether the consumer opens or closes any of the taps in his home. W1 series pumps have a built-in check valve inside the housing, which allows the pump automation to operate rationally and eliminates additional investments when installing this pump in a water supply system. All components of W1 Series Pumps that contact with portable water comply with WRAS standards. W1 Series pumps do not require maintenance during the entire service life that confirms their high reliability, which is why we successfully offer our customers a 6-year warranty for these pumps.

FEATURES

The AUTO MODE is activated by pressing one button, after which the pump automation operates in start/stop mode, turning on or off the pump, depending on the water flow and its drop.
ONE FIXED PUMP SPEED allows the pump to be used in water circulation or recirculation mode when constant pump performance is required.
The pump automation has built-in ELECTRICAL AND THERMAL PROTECTION, which prevent pump breakdown due to external reasons not related to the operation of pump systems. These are malfunctions in the electrical wiring of the building, jamming of the pump rotor rotation due to external objects or due to prolonged idle time without work, short circuit or supply of extremely high voltage to electrical contacts of the pump, pump dewatering, pump overheating.
The pump casing is designed to prevent air from entering it - SELF-VENTILATED DESIGN.
The RELEASE SCREW of the pump rotor will allow to easily restore the pump operation after many months of inactivity.
Very LOW NOISE LEVEL during pump operation allows it to be used in any room.
It is very easy to install the pump or dismantle it, due to coupling nuts on pipes that are supplied complete with the pump.
Very simple connection of the pump to the electrical network in the facility, using spring-loaded electrical clamps in a terminal box of the pump is 100% sealed according to industry standard IP 44. You can quickly connect the pump to the electrical network using a plastic plug and 2 m cable that are supplied complete with the pump.

MATERIALS

Cast iron volute pump casing with internal epoxy coating (pump volute) is approved according to WRAS.
The pump casing, in which all its electrical parts are hidden, is ventilated, that eliminates internal condensation and corrosion.
The plastic box with electrical contacts board is sealed according to international standard IP44.
The impeller is made of PES Series composite material, approved according to WRAS and capable of withstanding high temperature and mechanical overloads, which guarantees a long service life, without replacement throughout the entire life cycle of the pump.
Each pump is tested in production at a pressure of 10 bar and this is a guarantee of perfect tightness and safe operation, due to the special casing shape, the highest fit quality of all internal and external elements of the pump, as well as reliable rubber rings.
All our pumps have Class F Insulation because we use the highest quality materials, capable of operating at ambient temperatures up to +40°C and the pump casing temperature limit up to +155°C.
Pumps are supplied in a reliable cardboard box with electrical cable 2 meters long with plug, coupling nuts, data sheet and warranty instructions.
